Vibrators

Mass finishing vibrators are the most usual equipment for finishing for deburring and deburring polishing ^[1] in bulk.

Principle of operation of vibrators :

• The movement of vibrators is three-dimensional type ; this is a rotation about a horizontal axis, generating a spiral shape.
• The vibration generator of vibrators consists of a vertical motor axis, a spring assembly holding blocks and eccentrics.
• Adjusting the angle between each eccentric block, and their mass determines the amplitude and vibration mode.
• These vibrators can be equipped with integrated separation system, as well as metering pump for continuously injecting liquid compounds.
