Screeners are designed to dimensionally separate bulk.
There may be separate products of different shapes or sizes.
The equipment consists of a frame having a receiving area parts, Dual motor generating the vibratory movement and of a separating grid. On the one hand the products that are transferred through the grid, and other, product too big.
The vibrating sieves or separators are used in the following situations :
- Separate pieces of media
- Separate media too worn to avoid the one hand the media too small not lock into holes eg, secondly to ensure that the operating conditions are constant and that the cycle time can not be extended.

For small quantities of parts, or for tests, manual sieves will be very useful to you.
There are many models to meet all your needs, but the most frequent with diameters of 300 to 450 mm have the following filtration fineness :
- in micron : 15 – 25 – 50 – 100 – 200 – 500 – 800
- and mm : 1 – 1.2 – 1.5 – 2 – 2.5 – 3 – 5 – 11 – 23 – 80
